1. Free Product Agreement
Because Cyphex Image Hunter is 100% free and open-source software, there are no licensing keys, upgrades, or subscription fees. Consequently, **standard product refunds or billing claims do not apply** to this plugin.
2. Third-Party Provider Billing
You may configure the plugin to connect with external APIs (such as OpenAI, Gemini, or Groq) or image libraries. Any charges, usage limits, or invoices generated by those services are billed directly by their respective providers. Cyphex Agency is not responsible for and cannot refund any costs incurred through third-party services.
3. Local Performance Assurance
If you choose to disable optional AI connectors, you can continue using all local core features (resizing, compression, duplicate analysis, local stock hunt) for $0. If the plugin fails on your host environment, you can uninstall it at any time with no financial loss.
